The Forge: Lemont Quarries hosts multiple special events, concerts and festivals seasonally that benefit from the support of volunteers. Special Events volunteers help with on-site visitor services including providing directions and general information, event security, and more.

If interested, get started by completing a Special Event Volunteer Sign Up Form to indicate your interests, experience, availability, and areas of interest. Our Team will work with you to match your preferences with our volunteer needs.

MUSIC & MOVIES IN THE PARK

This September and October we'll be hosting a number of concerts and film screenings at The Mount, our state-of-the-art outdoor concert and events venue. If you're a music or movie fanatic these events we'd love to have you as a volunteer!

ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE

This October the zombie apocalypse is coming to The Forge and we're looking for volunteers to play the role of our zombies!

If you'd like to take part in our post-apocalyptic zombie tactical laser tag experience we'd love to hear from you. Prior acting experience is not required. You would be a great fit for this opportunity if you have a positive attitude, love to have fun, and are available to volunteer on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday evenings.
